Responsibilities


Monitor and manage data ingestion and ETL pipelines to ensure high availability, data integrity, and minimal downtime. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries and ETL jobs across large, complex datasets. Operate and maintain cloud environments (OCI, GCP, AWS, Azure), escalating and resolving issues per established procedures. Perform core database administration tasks (backups, restores, log shipping, mirroring, and table structure optimization). Transform, validate, and process data from diverse sources and formats (XML, CSV, JSON). Use generative AI tools and automation frameworks to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Execute, maintain, and refine operational runbooks while contributing to process improvements and documentation. Act as the first line of support for operational incidents, coordinating with Engineering and Product for rapid resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and implement best practices. * Document incidents, resolutions, and improvements using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
