Job Description

You will be responsible for the implementation of Gamification lead projects by creating effective employee communication and engagement activities.

Duties for the Operations:

1. Communication & Engagement:


Create compelling communication for projects.


Prepare strategic communication and engagement plans for projects.


Execute the plan within the expected time frame.


Work with the marketing team to generate creatives.


Measure and present results of engagement communication efforts.


Set the timing of the release of communication to coordinate with engagement initiatives.

2. Gamification set-up:


Before the project rollout, in coordination with the implementation team

3. Reporting:


Project impactand performance reporting

4. Employee Engagement:


Creation of employee engagement strategy and implementation plan (Digital and physical)


Sending mailers to create employee engagement as required.


Coordination with the team for running floor activities as part of employee engagement.

5. Project management:


Account Management


End-to-end project management with the execution team

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
