Develop strong, long-term partnerships with clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and needs.
Gather detailed job requirements including role, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide consultation to clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and workforce planning.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure positions are filled as per agreed timelines.
Track recruitment progress and proactively communicate updates to clients.
Schedule and manage regular client meetings, updates, and feedback sessions.
Facilitate interview coordination and candidate feedback.
Ensure candidates presented meet the quality standards and fitment required by the client.
Address client concerns or escalations professionally and resolve them quickly.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven experience in recruitment or HR services
Account management or client service experience
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools is an advantage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in B Tech / Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client operations or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
