Key Responsibilities
Assist the SMBG Micro Team in
panel setups
, configuration, and basic technical onboarding for clients.
Support in
client training sessions
--explaining features, workflows, and best practices.
Coordinate with internal teams (support, tech, ops) to ensure smooth onboarding and timely task closures.
Maintain accurate documentation of client requirements and onboarding progress.
Handle basic client queries under supervision and ensure high-quality client experience.
Gradually take ownership of client accounts as proficiency improves.
Future Growth Path
Once you demonstrate strong understanding of our platform and client communication skills, the role will transition to
Account Manager - SMBG Micro Team
with increased responsibilities and client portfolio ownership.
