We're hiring a smart, responsible, and proactive person who can handle our clients professionally, manage communication with our internal team (employees), and take care of basic calling tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, talking to people, and ensuring things run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Talk to clients, understand their requirements, and maintain regular follow-ups
Coordinate with internal team/employees to ensure timely delivery of tasks
Make and receive professional calls (clients, leads, updates, reminders)
Maintain basic records of client conversations, task status, and updates
Support daily operations and keep everyone aligned
Communicate updates clearly on WhatsApp, email, or phone
Required Skills:
Good communication in Hindi & basic English
Confident in speaking on phone/video calls
Responsible and able to manage people/tasks on time
Basic understanding of Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, and phone/email etiquette
Self-driven and organized
Be open to taking on more responsibilities over time as the company grows - including handling new tasks or managing more people
Good to Have (Optional):
Prior experience in client handling or operations
Familiarity with CRM tools or task tracking apps
Ability to write basic follow-up messages or summaries

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
