Job Responsibilities
  • You will Process & validate account opening & various types of maintenance requests on client accounts for the private banking clients.
  • You will have to ensure that all requests are completed before cutoff and there is no delay.
  • Timely completion of cancellation and correction requests.
  • You will liaison with onshore partners and investor groups for timely resolution of exceptions.
  • Commit to respond promptly and accurately requests & inquiries from the Front Office and Client Service.
  • Contribute towards other processes during the cyclical phase of low volumes.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent work experience of min 5 years
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in fast paced, team-based environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Detail and control oriented
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, management and colleagues
