, you will be responsible for successfully onboarding a set of assigned clients, guiding them through our platform, and ensuring they gain maximum value from the product. You will train new clients on key features, support them throughout their trial period, and work toward converting them into active, paying subscribers.
This role also focuses on maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring renewals, and helping institutes get the best possible experience with PartApp. You will collaborate closely with the technical, business development, and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement of client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Training
Manage onboarding for assigned clients by guiding them through setup, feature adoption, and best practices.
Deliver clear and structured training sessions to help clients understand PartApp's full capabilities.
Ensure clients experience a smooth transition from sign-up to active usage during the trial period.
Track client onboarding milestones and proactively address gaps or areas requiring additional training.
Client Relationship Management & Retention
Build strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients to ensure product satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
Convert trial clients into full-paying customers by demonstrating value and driving successful adoption.
Ensure monthly renewals by maintaining regular communication and delivering timely assistance.
Collect client feedback and share insights to enhance product experience and retention strategies.
Issue Coordination & Product Support
Understand client challenges and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Identify recurring concerns and recommend improvements or enhancements to relevant departments.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes throughout the client lifecycle.
Product Knowledge & Cross-Team Collaboration
Develop deep product knowledge to provide informed guidance during onboarding and retention phases.
Work with marketing and business development teams to support client engagement initiatives.
Stay updated on product updates, new features, and enhancements to ensure clients receive relevant guidance.
