We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Onboarding Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves directly interacting with clients to onboard them to our services. You will be responsible for both onsite coordination and field visits, ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit client locations to understand their business needs and explain our services
Collect and verify documentation and key client information
Maintain clear and professional communication with client representatives
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate records of client onboarding progress and feedback
Ensure timely completion of all onboarding formalities
Provide insights and suggestions to improve the onboarding process
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-1 year of experience in client servicing or business coordination (Freshers welcome)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in field interactions
Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore
Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
