What you will do:
Act as the main point of contact for clients - build trust, manage feedback, and align on deliverables.
Lead social media strategy and campaign planning with a creative and analytical mindset
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media planners to ideate and execute engaging content
Coordinate internal team workflows to ensure timely delivery of content calendars, campaigns, and reports
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and performance insights to optimize future campaigns
Prepare and present monthly reports on campaign performance, growth, and recommendations
Own the overall health of the account - from engagement rates to client happiness
Responsible for cross selling on respective client accounts.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital account management
Strong grasp of platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in a client-facing role
Ability to translate brand objectives into thumb-stopping social media ideas
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proactive, organized, and solutions-driven
Strong understanding of content trends, influencer culture, and paid social
Experience in managing D2C or lifestyle/fashion/EV brand accounts
Knowledge of social media and paid media marketing and community management workflows
Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
