Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Ensure consistent, high-quality service and support for all client needs
2. Communication & Coordination
Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal departments (legal, finance, sales, technical)
Follow up on client queries, feedback, and concerns with prompt and appropriate action
Schedule meetings, site visits, and client briefings as needed
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, agreements, and communication logs
Prepare and share periodic reports on client status, concerns, and satisfaction
Ensure all documentation complies with internal standards and legal requirements
4. Conflict Resolution & Client Retention
Identify potential client issues and resolve them proactively and diplomatically
Mediate between internal teams and clients to resolve disputes or delays
Focus on maintaining strong client loyalty and satisfaction
5. Liaisoning with External Stakeholders
Coordinate with external agencies, consultants, and government departments when needed for project approvals or updates
Assist legal or compliance teams in managing client-related regulatory tasks
Key Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation ability
Well-organized with keen attention to detail
Fluent in English and local language(s)
Experience in real estate, construction, legal liaisoning, or customer relationship roles is a strong plus
