Position Summary



The Client Liaison Officer will serve as the primary link between the company and its clients, including government departments. The role involves coordination for orders, government tender work, rice premix delivery updates, documentation handling, and maintaining strong client relationships. The position may require regular travel for meetings and submissions.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the main point of contact for private clients and government officials for all queries, updates, and documentation. Coordinate complete

, including dispatch status, documentation, challans, and timely communication to clients and departments. Manage government tender processes (GeM, e-tenders): downloading tenders, preparing documents, ensuring compliance, and tracking results. Visit government offices for tender submissions, follow-ups, clarifications, and document submissions. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch, Accounts, and Logistics teams for timely order execution and material delivery. Maintain tender records, order trackers, MIS reports, and communication logs. Prepare quotations, authorization letters, compliance documents, and tender-related paperwork. Attend client/government meetings, prepare MoMs, and ensure follow-up actions are completed. Address client complaints, coordinate corrective actions, and provide timely resolutions. Maintain strong relationships with government departments, PSU clients, and private buyers. Travel to various locations for client visits, inspections, tender follow-ups, and documentation submission.

Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and public dealing skills. Knowledge of government tender procedures (GeM portal, e-procurement portals). Good documentation, compliance, and follow-up skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and field visits. Customer-centric and professional behavior.

Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering). 1-3 years of experience in client coordination, government liaisoning, or tender handling (manufacturing/engineering sector preferred). Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ?18,023.85 - ?38,000.00 per month
