The Floor Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensuring that the clinic runs efficiently and systematically.
Works closely with senior management to maintain operational standards.
Ensures that all systems, SOPs, and protocols are followed within the branch.
2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing & Branding
Carry out branding and marketing activities as directed by the COO.
Sales & Revenue
Responsible for monitoring sales and revenue performance of the branch.
Review sales & revenue reports periodically.
Communicate any deficiencies in sales or revenue to the immediate superior.
Manpower Mapping
For hiring new employees, fill the Manpower Requirement Form and submit it to the HR Department via email.
Staff Grievances
Handle staff grievances at branch level.
Escalate only serious grievances to the Head Office.
Machine Cleaning & Maintenance
Ensure all clinic machinery is clean and dust-free.
Ensure minor OT instruments are properly cleaned.
Ensure all instruments are autoclaved.
Keep track of expiry dates of expensive medications.
Breakdown of Machines
Identify the cause of any machine breakdown and inform the Service Engineer via email.
Head Office will coordinate with the company for engineer visits.
Collect service reports from the engineer and maintain proper files.
Dress Code
Ensure all employees follow the dress code and wear proper uniforms with name tags.
Ensure adherence to dress code policy at all times.
Reception & Appointment Management
Ensure reminder calls to patients are completed.
Ensure daily minimum number of appointments.
Ensure next appointments are scheduled for all existing patients.
Staff Management
If more than two employees apply for leave on the same day, arrange staff from other branches after informing and taking permission from HO.
Miscellaneous
All miscellaneous approvals (auto fare, staff allowances, etc.) should be authorized by Branch Head.
Mobile Phone Submission
Ensure all staff submit their mobile phones during office hours.
Employees are not allowed to keep mobiles in lockers.
Housekeeping Maintenance
Ensure Washroom, water tank, dustbins, and overall housekeeping maintenance.
Ensure water bottles are placed on every table.
Ensure clinic is dust-free and neat.
Administration
Daily software updates and daily audit of defined protocols.
Maintain discipline among staff.
Ensure all CCTVs are working and not covered.
Maintain silence in clinic.
Ensure lunch break is 15-20 minutes only, with not more than two staff from the same department at a time.
Management may assign additional responsibilities as required for clinic growth.

4. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education:
Graduate or Master's Degree
Experience:
Graduate with a minimum 3 years of experience
Master's degree with minimum 1 year experience (preferably in Sales or related field)
Skills:
Proficiency in Hindi, English, and local language
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working Conditions
Based at respective branch as per operational requirements.
