Role Responsibilities Job Summary . Need a team member for H2H (Host-to-Host) Customer Implementation team.The team works with big corporate IT team to have H2H integration with the Bank servers.H2H integration to be used for all bank products such as Payments, Collection, Security Services & Trades for Transaction Banking clients. Responsibilities . Needs to work with Corporate Client\'s IT team to establish H2H connection between Client\'s server and Bank server. Needs to discuss with Client\'s IT team on the following area of integration: Connectivity Security File Format Needs to test in testing environment and get the sign-off. Needs to move the setup to production and establish the connectivity in production. Needs to provide the production support during the warranty period and hand over to production support team. Regulatory & Business Conduct . Display exemplary conduct and live by the . Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Lead the [team] to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\'s Conduct Principles Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Key stakeholders . Implementation Manager - Business Team Sales - Business Team Client - IT team Production Support team Qualifications Training, licenses, memberships and certifications Minimum 6 years\' experience in IT industry with relevant domain knowledge especially in Cash Management Work Experience in Banking domain Excellent communications skills, fluency in English. Delivery oriented, good time management.
