Client Handling Intern (Female)

to be the face of our brand in client interactions and help us deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during events and pre-event coordination. Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and event briefings with clients. Build strong rapport with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event requirements. Handle client queries with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude. Support onsite coordination during weekend events. Prepare basic reports, client updates, and feedback summaries. Ensure a seamless and positive client experience from planning to post-event.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred. Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

. Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities. Must be

available on weekends

for client coordination and event support. Well-groomed, confident, and presentable. Pursuing or completed a degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field. Prior internship or customer-facing experience is a plus.
