Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic finance professional to serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for our Global Director, managing financial operations across a diverse portfolio of 40+ clients. This role combines strategic financial management with client relationship coordination, focusing on areas where dedicated client finance leads are not assigned.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Analysis The successful candidate will oversee comprehensive forecasting, management information systems (MIS), and profit & loss (P&L) analysis to support strategic decision-making. This includes developing and maintaining budgeting processes, financial forecasting models, and regular reporting mechanisms that provide clear visibility into financial performance across multiple client portfolios.

Client Coordination & Relationship Management Serve as the central coordination point across 40+ clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Focus particular attention on clients without dedicated client finance leads, acting as their primary financial liaison and ensuring their needs are met consistently with JLL standards.

Strategic Support & Communication Function as the strategic finance partner to the Global Director, providing timely insights, analysis, and recommendations. Proactively identify and escalate challenges on a timely basis, ensuring leadership has the information needed to make informed decisions and maintain client satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Motivation Maintain high team morale and productivity through effective leadership, clear communication, and supportive management practices. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional development and maintains engagement across the finance team.

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

years of experience in financial management, preferably in professional services

Strong analytical and forecasting skills with proficiency in financial modeling

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client management

Experience with MIS systems and financial reporting tools

Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

Leadership experience with team motivation and management

Preferred QualificationsProfessional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent)

Experience in commercial real estate or professional services industry

Advanced Excel and financial software proficiency

Project management experience
