Job Summary

We are hiring a Client Relationship Manager for our client to manage premium accounts and high-value business clients. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and prior experience working with high-net-worth individuals or decision-makers in hospitality, coworking spaces (e.g., WeWork), or banking.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders Ensure a high-quality, seamless client experience Address and resolve client concerns quickly and professionally Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations Maintain accurate client records, reports, and communication logs

Candidate Requirements

Minimum

5 years of experience

in client management, customer success, or relationship management Experience in

hospitality, banking, coworking, or premium service environments

preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and client-handling abilities Candidates living within

5 km of Kondapur

preferred Willingness to travel up to

50%

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

2nd and 4th Saturdays off

Travel is required
