About the Role:

We are seeking a

Customer Experience Manager

who will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience through effective

client servicing and sales

. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the highest level of service while also achieving business growth.

Graduation is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure excellent customer service. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Drive sales by engaging with clients and achieving set targets. Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly. Contribute to strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduation (mandatory, any stream).

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and client-centric approach. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
