Client Experience Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand client needs and provide timely solutions and assistance. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Collect client feedback and contribute to improving overall satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills in

English, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in

customer service

or

client relations

is a plus.
