Client Experience Associate - Internship



The

Client Experience Associate Intern

at

Dreamfoot

will act as a bridge between clients and the creative team, supporting smooth communication, timely project coordination, and high client satisfaction. This internship offers practical exposure to client servicing, project coordination, and relationship management within the creative video production and digital media industry.

By supporting client interactions and internal coordination, the intern will gain hands-on experience in delivering an excellent end-to-end client experience and strengthening Dreamfoot's reputation for creativity, reliability, and outstanding service.

Role & Key Responsibilities



1. Client Communication & Relationship Support



Assist as a point of contact for clients to ensure clear and timely communication. Understand client requirements, objectives, and feedback under supervision. Support in building positive client relationships to encourage repeat engagement.

2. Project Coordination Support



Coordinate with internal teams (production, editing, creative) to help meet project timelines. Document client requirements and share them with relevant teams as per company formats. Track ongoing projects and assist in updating clients on progress.

3. Client Support & Experience



Provide courteous and professional client support by addressing queries promptly. Assist in handling client concerns with empathy and professionalism. Help collect client feedback at key project stages to improve service quality.

4. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain records of client communications, project details, and feedback. Assist in preparing project status updates and internal reports. Support in creating case studies or success stories from completed projects.

Preferred Intern Profile



Education:

MBA in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Candidates currently pursuing an MBA are also encouraged to apply.

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in client servicing or customer support are welcome.

Must-Have Skills



Good English communication skills (verbal & written). Professional speaking etiquette and client-handling skills. Strong customer service mindset. Interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust. Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks effectively.
