As a Client Experience Associate, your role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, handle inquiries, and effectively communicate client feedback on video projects to internal departments. Your day may involve client calls, meetings, internal coordination, and managing project workflows to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through the onboarding process and set clear expectations.
Ensure every client has a smooth, positive experience with our service.
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, in-person, or online.
Collect and relay feedback or queries on video content to relevant teams promptly.
Offer basic technical support related to our video services.
Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Be proactive, passionate about advertising and marketing, and ready to take initiative.
Escalate critical issues to management for quick resolution.
Build strong client relationships through regular check-ins and updates.
Maintain detailed client records and document all processes.
Identify potential client concerns early and take action to resolve them.
Oversee project timelines and collaborate with the internal team to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any field with a strong interest in marketing and advertising.
