Strategic position within NetApp's Enterprise segment, shaping account strategies and delivering innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities


------------------------

Develop and execute strategies to expand NetApp's presence across key enterprise accounts in the North Region. Create long-term and short-term account plans, set financial targets, and define critical milestones. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet quarterly business objectives. Lead end-to-end sales processes, engaging resources such as Pre-Sales Consultants, Executives, and Partners. Drive value-based selling, business case development, and leverage analyst data for strategic engagement. Collaborate with internal teams, ISVs, SI partners, and domain specialists to design competitive solutions. Balance short-term results with a long-term vision to maximize revenue growth.

Job Requirements

15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, preferably in high-end products or software solutions. Strong understanding of technical specifications for NetApp products and enterprise application landscapes. Demonstrable CXO-level relationships and experience handling large, complex projects. Proven ability to work with channel partners and distributors and leverage internal and external teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across organizational levels. Ability to gauge market trends and develop effective business plans. Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required; graduate degree preferred.
