What You'll Do:

Follow up on proposals to boost conversion rates and support the sales team in closing deals.
Spot upselling and cross-selling chances by analyzing client feedback, usage patterns, and business goals.
Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely invoicing and help track outstanding payments.
Work closely with service delivery and front-end teams to guarantee smooth client experiences.
Keep detailed records of client communications, sales progress, and feedback in our CRM system.
Help nurture leads and contribute to identifying new revenue streams in the sales pipeline.
Learn our internal processes, tools, and systems to align client expectations with delivery capabilities.
