About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to manage and supervise our lead operations across the USA, UAE, and India. The ideal candidate will ensure timely follow-ups, monitor lead progress, and coordinate effectively between clients and our sales teams. This role is perfect for someone with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor all incoming leads from the USA, UAE, and India, ensuring no opportunity is missed. Ensure quotes are sent to clients on time by sales representatives and follow up to confirm receipt. Coordinate with assigned sales representatives to ensure leads are handled efficiently and quotes are delivered promptly. Email clients, follow up consistently, and provide updates on their inquiries. Track lead progress in the CRM system and maintain accurate records of all interactions. Analyze lead conversion metrics and report findings to management. Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain high performance. Escalate any issues or delays in lead handling to management promptly. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality, follow-up strategies, and client engagement processes. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quick and accurate communication.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and supervisory abilities. Prior experience in lead management, sales support, or client operations preferred. Ability to work across multiple time zones and coordinate international leads. Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and email management. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under deadlines. Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team-oriented approach.
