Client Engagement Manager / Account Manager
to join our growing team. This role requires a unique blend of
digital marketing expertise

client relationship management

business development mindset
. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting clients in person, understanding their marketing needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and a high level of satisfaction.
Lead in-person and virtual client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions.
Manage day-to-day project updates, reporting, and timelines.
Understand client pain points and proactively offer solutions.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Translate client goals into digital strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
Coordinate with internal teams (Performance Marketing, Content, Design, Tech) to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Track performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and present insights to clients.
Business Development Support
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
Support the business development team in proposal creation, pitch meetings, and onboarding of new clients.
Attend events, client visits, and networking sessions to represent the company and expand potential partnerships.
Key Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing consulting.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
Must be confident and professional in
client-facing and in-person interactions
.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads, Meta, or HubSpot certifications.
Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or marketing consultancy..
