Job Profile: Client Engagement Manager - Digital Marketing
Role Overview
The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end digital marketing delivery while maintaining strong client relationships. This role ensures campaigns are executed efficiently, business objectives are met, and clients experience consistent value, transparency, and performance from the agency.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable digital marketing strategies.
Lead client onboarding, strategy discussions, reviews, and performance presentations.
Build long-term client relationships and drive retention.
Handle client feedback, escalations, and expectation management.
Project & Delivery Management
Own end-to-end delivery of digital marketing services including SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Content, Influencer, Website, and Analytics.
Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, media, content, tech) to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets.
Ensure campaigns are delivered as per agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Identify delivery risks and proactively resolve issues.
Performance & Reporting
Track campaign performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Work closely with performance teams to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Growth & Account Expansion
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Support renewals and contract expansions.
Collaborate with sales and leadership teams on growth initiatives.
Process & Quality Management
Maintain delivery standards, documentation, and best practices.
Improve internal workflows and communication for better efficiency.
Ensure compliance with agency processes and quality benchmarks.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven project management and multitasking abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or delivery management.
Prior digital agency experience preferred.
