Client Engagement & Research Intern
to join our team. This role involves following up with existing clients through calls, conducting research on
B2B international industries
, and supporting business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and email writing skills, along with a keen interest in client engagement and industry research.
Key Responsibilities :
Connect with existing clients from
B2B international (US and global) markets
through phone calls and emails to maintain relationships and gather insights.
Conduct research on
US and global industries
, including client business sectors, competitors, and market trends.
Document and update client interactions in the CRM system.
Draft professional emails and prepare client communication materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to share research insights and support client relationship management.
Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and summaries.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Fresh graduates or final-year students (Bachelor's/Master's) with interest in business, marketing, analytics, or related fields.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
in English (mandatory for US client interactions).
Strong email drafting and professional writing ability.
Research and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to work in a
US process - fixed night shift
environment.
A proactive, positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt.
