Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with existing clients via chat, email, and phone to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations.
Follow up on proposals to increase conversion rates and support deal closures.
Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client workflows and business needs.
Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Work closely with the front-end and delivery teams to maintain consistent, high-quality client engagement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, proposals, sales activities, and feedback.
Assist the sales team in identifying new revenue opportunities and nurturing leads.
Learn internal tools, systems, and workflows to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
