Key Responsibilities:
Engage with existing clients via email, phone, and chat to assess satisfaction and explore new service opportunities.
Understand client requirements and create tailored proposals, service recommendations, and quotations.
Follow up on proposals to support lead conversion and successful deal closures.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client feedback, workflows, and business goals.
Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely invoicing and manage follow-ups on outstanding payments.
Work closely with service delivery and front-end teams to ensure consistent and high-quality client interactions.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, proposals, feedback, and sales progress using internal systems.
Support the sales team by nurturing leads and helping discover new revenue opportunities.
Learn internal systems and tools to align client expectations with service capabilities.
