Key Responsibilities:
Engage with existing clients via
email, phone, and chat
to monitor satisfaction and explore new service opportunities.
Understand client needs and assist in crafting
tailored proposals, quotations, and service recommendations

Follow up on proposals to improve
conversion rates
and support the sales team in closing deals.
Identify
upselling and cross-selling
opportunities based on client feedback, usage patterns, and business goals.
Work with the Accounts team to ensure timely
invoicing
and assist in following up on
outstanding payments

Collaborate with service delivery and front-end teams to ensure
seamless client experiences

Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales progress, and feedback using
internal CRM systems

Support the sales pipeline by nurturing
leads
and helping identify
new revenue streams

Learn internal processes, tools, and systems to align
client expectations with delivery capabilities
