We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Support Executive to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling international clients, providing voice-based support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international clients.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during client interactions.
Document all interactions and update client records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of client issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process or Customer Support.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in night shifts (if required).
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in BPO or ITES environment.
Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,733.91 - ₹30,822.79 per month
