Job Description

We are hiring a Client Engagement Associate to manage inbound client interactions for our healthcare services. This role focuses on understanding client and patient needs, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records on the CRM. This is a non-sales role and does not involve cold calling or marketing calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls from clients and patients Understand client requirements and patient medical conditions Route calls to the appropriate department based on the requirement Record and update client and patient details in the CRM system Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass Prior experience in the medical or healthcare field Good communication skills Basic computer proficiency and experience working with CRM systems Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion

Important Note:

This position does not require making outbound calls. There is no cold calling or sales calling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
