Drive client participation in our bespoke events by making outbound calls to prospective clients and securing 20-25 confirmed participations within 2 weeks. Successful achievement of targets will earn performance-based incentives.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our bespoke events.
Persuasively communicate the value and benefits of event participation.
Achieve the target of securing 20to 25 confirmed client participations within 2 weeks.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and client confirmations.
Collaborate closely with the events and marketing teams to update outreach strategies.
Report daily progress and challenges to management.
Incentives:
Incentive structure in place for candidates who achieve 100% or more of their targets within the stipulated time frame.
The incentive will be a motivating bonus in addition to the regular compensation.
Qualifications:
Graduation preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Previous experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Self-motivated with a drive to meet targets and work under deadlines.
