Role Overview:

Client development Manager - Retail Sales will be the face of our company, responsible for engaging with walk-in customers at our store. This role is crucial in ensuring that every customer receives a premium experience, aligning with our brand values and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing them with detailed information about our products and services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

- Understand customer needs and preferences to offer personalized gifting solutions.

- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.

- Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and stocked with the latest product offerings.

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.

- Maintain customer records and feedback to improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

- A graduate degree in any discipline.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Presentable and professional appearance.

- Previous experience in the premium gifting or retail industry is preferred but not mandatory.
