Role Overview
The New Client Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities for Leapcodes across digital transformation, technology, and cloud services.
This role demands a consultative mindset -- someone who can understand client needs, establish trust, and position Leapcodes as a strategic partner in their growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand client challenges, digital maturity, and transformation goals.
Work with marketing and pre-sales teams to develop customized proposals and value-based presentations.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles -- from prospecting to deal closure.
Build long-term relationships by ensuring smooth handover to delivery and client success teams.
Maintain a strong understanding of Leapcodes' offerings and competitive positioning.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company growth objectives.
Desired Skills & Experience
3-6 years of experience in IT Services, Digital Transformation, or Cloud Solutions sales.
Proven track record in new business acquisition or consultative selling.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to translate client needs into actionable business opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales engagement platforms.
Self-starter attitude with a growth and learning mindset.
