Job Objective

The objective is to lead a team of associates dealing with the Clients and manage performance metrix with the defined business goals.



\xef\x82\xb7 Inbound/Outbound contact center experience

\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible to lead and manage a team of associates

\xef\x82\xb7 Organize , plan and prioritize various functional audits to ensure process adherence and report any deviation

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure weekly and monthly dashboard on task deliveries

\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain database integrity and tracking associate level performance

\xef\x82\xb7 Training team members in successful strategies to meet operational targets with quality parameters

\xef\x82\xb7 Manage performance metrics with business goals adhering to quality level guidelines

\xef\x82\xb7 Drive appropriate data oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement plan in order to achieve operational excellence

\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for ensuring and reviewing SOP compliance

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Team Handling experience, Lead generations skills, worked on Inbound/Outbound sales process

Desired Skills

Real Estate experience, Contact Centre Experience
