As a Client Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and overseeing the execution of recruitment strategies that align with their business objectives. Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field 5+ years of experience in client management or delivery roles in staffing Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities Strong leadership skills and team collaboration experience * Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
