The Client Delivery Manager (CDM) will serve as the primary liaison between ShellKode and client stakeholders. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring client delivery meets contractual obligations, client satisfaction, and retention. Key responsibilities include project planning & execution, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and strategic account management.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for ShellKode for assigned clients
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing effective solutions.
Ensure client needs and expectations are met on all projects consistently
Manage client stakeholders across departments, ensuring engagement goals alignment and success
Program/Delivery Control & Oversight:
Manage delivery teams to plan, execute, track & monitor projects
Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of personnel, tools, and budget.
Control and ensure high quality of delivery and compliance with internal processes
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Ensure project deliverables meet the client's business objectives.
Risk and Issue Management:
Proactively identify, assess, and communicate risks/issues/dependencies on projects throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and implement mitigation plans.
Communication:
Provide proactive & consistent updates and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress, risks, and performance.
Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress and gather feedback.
Facilitate and coordinate periodic governance meetings between the client and senior executives.

Financial Management:
Ensure project funding/invoicing is done on time
Ensure projects are completed on or under budget
Growth:
Develop strategies to enhance client engagement and retention in collaboration with account management and sales teams
Identify opportunities for service improvement, business growth, upsell, or cross-sell within assigned client accounts
What you will need to have
Software Services Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 2 years' Project/Program/Delivery Management experience in Data Engineering or AI/ML / Gen AI or Cloud Engineering projects
Minimum 2 years' experience in managing client relationships
Delivery Management:
Proven experience in planning, execution, tracking, monitoring, reporting, and budgetary control for a portfolio of projects.
Proven experience in metrics-driven delivery/project management
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of at least two of the following - Data Engineering, Gen AI, AI/ML Cloud Engineering
Leadership:
Ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment under pressure
Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and internal teams to find acceptable solutions
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear communication with diverse stakeholders
Proven experience in driving internal, client, and executive governance reviews
Strategic Thinking: Partner with account management in creating long-term goals for allocated accounts and align organizational objectives for effective partnership with clients.
