to support our Client Delivery Manager in managing and executing multiple client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Delivery & Execution
Support end-to-end execution of outbound and GTM campaigns for assigned clients
Assist in campaign setup, coordination with research/SDR teams, and daily execution tracking
Monitor campaign performance and flag issues proactively
Project Coordination
Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status updates across multiple accounts
Coordinate between internal teams (research, SDRs, automation, leadership)
Ensure deliverables are met as per defined SLAs
Client Communication & Support
Support in preparing client updates, reports, and review decks
Handle basic client queries and follow-ups under guidance of the Delivery Manager
Ensure all client communication is structured, timely, and documented
Quality & Process Adherence
Ensure SOPs, workflows, and best practices are followed across projects
Help identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas in ongoing delivery
Support documentation of learnings and process improvements
Must-Have
0-2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, client servicing, or similar roles
Strong organizational and execution skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Comfortable working on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Willingness to learn outbound, GTM, and client delivery workflows
