The Wholesale Client On-boarding (WCOB) \'Descope\' program is a cross-business program focused on the building and governance of a global platform to streamline the Client On-boarding, Remediation / Renewal & Off-boarding process. The program\'s goal is to implement a standardized and consistent Client On-boarding/off boarding approach across CIB in order to deliver a best in class client experience. As the client data Analyst in the population exam management team, you will spend every day defining, refining and delivering to meet the needs of our operations and control partners. Key aim is to manage the portfolio of APAC entities that require KYC or only local due diligence in a process-compliant and time-bound manner . You will leverage your deep understanding of KYC and strong analysis acumen to make informed decision that deliver to each of our stakeholders. Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and governance of APAC book of work
  • Schedule cases for WKO teams in a timely manner
  • Effectively facilitate the resolution of conflicts, influence outcomes and escalate issues to the senior oversight group where appropriate.
  • Partner with senior business and functional heads, anticipating needs and providing value add insights. Lead calls with APAC stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates on tech challenges/changes
  • Understand and identify appropriate systems and processes through close liaison with process owners and technology partners, and ensure development of solutions in line with business requirements by working closely with the end state technology team.
  • Ensuring appropriate controls are in place to manage the population. Identifying exceptions and resolving issues with appropriate escalation as required.
  • Production and execution of Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS and control reports and monitoring as a BAU process. Drive automation of current reporting process via available tools (e.g. SharePoint, MS Access, Excel VBA, Business Objects, and Qlikview, Alteryx, Pega)
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 year of relevant financial industry experience is required.
  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills is required.
  • Knowledge of KYC and a control mindset to facilitate sustainable solutioning of processes.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with and influence colleagues, and functional partners along with control and compliance; accuracy and attention to detail is vital.
  • Ability to drive issue resolution, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute consistently on deliverables and communicate status updates and strategic direction. Advanced excel and knowledge of Alteryx
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Exposure to data-extraction solutions is good to have.
  • Adaptability in maintaining standards and adjusting effectively to operate within new work structures, processes or requirements along with problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications is required. Exposure to data-extraction solutions is good to have.
