You possess strong processing and analytical skills; the ability to work independently and are adaptable to change. In addition, you need to demonstrate banking and Know Your Customer ( KYC ) knowledge, the ability to exercise sound judgment and to observe the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information received during their responsibilities. You are highly motivated with advanced problem solving and communication skill.

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret complex data to analyze patterns and trends in the data sets
• Exceptional research and analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and develop well-reasoned recommendations
• Gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with enough comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
• Document process flows, SOPs, Track and update changes and analyse changes in a timely manner and consistence with Firm's standards
• Perform sample review of processed volumes to ensure qualitative deliverables and identify process gaps, if any
• Facilitate forums to address the priority of reported enhancements and defects
• Evaluate existing project management processes and look for areas of improvement
• Assist with change management as new features are delivered through systematic integrations
• Engage and collaborate with Stakeholders to understand user requirements and deliver as per expectation leveraging data analytic tools like Alteryx, Tableau, IDQ, Signavio, Visio, etc.
• Strong processing and analytical skills with ability to work independently
• Must have ability to multi-task and work in fast paced/time sensitive environment to support a team
• Using tools like Alteryx and Tableau to automate activities leading to efficiency and better controls
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and other similar exercises

Required Qualifications:

• Good understanding of database concepts and strong proficiency in SQL
• High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (charts/graphs and advanced features)
• Demonstrated experience working on data wrangling tools such as Alteryx (or similar) and Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik
