Job Description

The Client Counseling function at YESTE drives the organisation's topline by converting inquiries into committed clients through strategic engagement, value-led conversations, and deep understanding of migration and education pathways. This role anchors end-to-end prospect management -- from initial contact to conversion -- ensuring a seamless client journey aligned with our service standards.

Core Responsibilities



1. Prospect Engagement & Pipeline Development



Drive new business by actively sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients through inbound leads, referrals, digital outreach, and networking. Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to maximise conversions.

2. Advisory & Counselling



Deliver structured consultations that uncover client goals and match them with appropriate migration and education pathways. Contact all assigned leads within two working days and submit detailed status updates. Address client queries with clarity and confidence, presenting YESTE's solutions as high-value offerings.

3. Conversion Management



Own the entire sales lifecycle -- from enquiry to contract finalisation -- ensuring accuracy in information shared, pricing explained, and timelines communicated. Coordinate initial payment confirmations with Accounts and ensure all client documentation is collected promptly. Ensure contracts are drafted, dispatched, and signed without delays. Maintain CRM hygiene with precise documentation of interactions, progress, and outcomes.

4. Client Relationship Management



Build trust-based relationships that enhance retention, referrals, and long-term engagement. Provide structured post-enrolment touchpoints to reinforce service value and client satisfaction.

5. Market Intelligence & Competitor Insights



Monitor regulatory updates, competitor moves, and industry trends to strengthen counselling quality. Share actionable insights with Marketing and Operations to improve service offerings.

6. Performance Reporting



Achieve monthly and quarterly conversion targets as defined by management. Produce daily and weekly performance reports outlining key wins, bottlenecks, and forward-looking opportunities. Submit accurate forecasting data to support business planning.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Visa teams to ensure an integrated client experience. Provide field insights to leadership to refine strategy and strengthen market positioning.

8. Professional Growth & Continuous Improvement



Stay updated on YESTE's service portfolio, market dynamics, and evolving client expectations. Participate in mandatory training programs to upgrade counselling, negotiation, and product knowledge.

9. Attendance & Leave Protocols



Attend office as required even during remote working arrangements. Submit leave requests at least two days in advance; extended leave requires one-month prior approval.

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection



Uphold strict confidentiality of client data and internal YESTE processes at all times.
