The role involves handling client inquiries, providing treatment information, booking appointments, conducting follow-ups, and supporting clients throughout their treatment journey. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to convert inquiries into consultations.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Counseling
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, website leads, and social media inquiries.
Understand client concerns related to skin, hair, and cosmetic procedures.
Provide accurate information on treatments, pricing, packages, and procedures.
Explain treatment benefits, processes, and pre/post-care guidelines.
Convert inquiries into clinic visits and consultations.
Telecalling & Lead Management
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and past inquiries.
Maintain and update CRM or lead management systems.
Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize appointment bookings.
Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets.
Patient Experience & Support
Greet and assist walk-in clients; ensure a positive clinic experience.
Coordinate with dermatologists and therapists for seamless client flow.
Explain treatment plans recommended by doctors to clients.
Follow up with clients after consultations and treatments for feedback and retention.
Administrative & Operational Tasks
Schedule appointments and manage daily clinic calendars.
Maintain client records and documentation.
Provide reports on lead conversion, monthly sales, and client satisfaction.
Assist in promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns when required.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, customer service, or hospitality (Healthcare/Beauty/Wellness preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and handle objection.
Good knowledge of skincare/haircare treatments (training will be provided).
Basic computer knowledge & experience with CRM/lead management tools.
Pleasant personality, patience, and a client-focused approach.
