US Shift (Night Shift)
Experience working with US clients or in a BPO/IT services environment.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
US Client Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with US-based clients, managing communication flow, and ensuring timely follow-ups and updates between teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between US clients and internal teams.
Manage day-to-day communication via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with respective departments to ensure timely delivery.
Track project status, follow up on deliverables, and maintain updated records.
Prepare and share status reports, meeting notes, and other client communication materials.
Escalate and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in client coordination or customer service (preferably with international clients).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in US time zones (night shift).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet, etc.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
