We are seeking a Client Coordinator to join our team at our light showroom. As a Client Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our walk-in and existing clients, providing excellent customer service and support. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, answering queries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Our brand training will be provided to familiarize you with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate client interactions, including walk-in clients and existing clients
Provide excellent customer service, answering queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Stay updated on our product range, features, and benefits through company-provided training
Handle client requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback
Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and promote our products
Assist in promoting our brand and products through various channels (e.g., social media, events)
Provide administrative support as required, including data entry and reporting
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong customer service skills and client-centric approach
Willingness to learn about our products and services
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Word, MS- Excel)
Prior experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not essential)
