Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
Coordinate client requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients
Ensure accurate documentation of client communication and agreements
Track project progress and ensure timely execution as per client expectations
Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain client records, databases, and reports
Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining processes
Support with client reports and updates
Identify opportunities to improve client experience and satisfaction
Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in client handling, coordination, or customer-facing roles
Experience in service-based or project-driven environments is an advantage
