We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Profile Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client profiles, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. This role demands excellent communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and manage client profiles in the system or CRM
Maintain client databases and ensure accuracy of information
Coordinate with clients to collect required documents or data
Ensure timely follow-ups and communications with clients
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Assist in onboarding new clients and resolving client queries
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and timelines
Generate reports and maintain confidentiality of client information
