Job Summary:


We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused

Client Coordinator

to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery of services, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the first point of contact for client queries and requests. Coordinate between clients and internal departments (legal, tax, audit, advisory, compliance). Manage client onboarding, documentation, and project tracking. Schedule client meetings and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain accurate client records in CRM and prepare regular status reports. Support proposal preparation and client service presentations. Monitor project deadlines and escalate delays to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred). 1-4 years of experience in client service or coordination, preferably in consulting or professional services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
