Client Servicing Executive / Client Handling Officer

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency. Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure all requirements are clearly understood and executed. Coordinate with internal creative, design, and production teams to deliver campaigns on time. Handle follow-ups, feedback, and ensure timely updates to clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while supporting new business development. Prepare regular project status reports and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal & written). Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach. Good understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing concepts.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field. Prior experience in a client servicing or account management role in an advertising/creative agency is an added advantage.
