Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients (cold calling)
Coordinate closely with the Executive Assistant on daily tasks
Handle client and internal email communication
Prepare and share MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
Schedule meetings and follow up on action items
Maintain communication records and trackers
Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Professional email etiquette
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in client coordination or support roles
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
