Key Responsibilities
Act as the
primary point of contact
for clients.
Share regular updates about
product launches, offers, and new developments

Prepare and share
quotations
based on client needs.
Handle and respond to client queries received via
WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails

Maintain follow-ups to ensure smooth communication and timely responses.
Build positive relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills

Strong customer-handling and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple client conversations professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and call handling.
